The purpose of the ACP is to define design standards for buildings, site development, and streetscapes that serve to integrate the visual character through out the base. The ACP will help en sure consistent quality design decisions by commanders, planners, architects, landscape architects, engineers, maintenance staff, and residents. It promotes clear, concise communication between the Grand Forks AFB personnel and design professionals.
